We make a very concerted effort to create a healing environment in our very busy ED. The Serenview images are so majestic that you are immediately drawn into the scene. To help lower anxiety and fear, our staff informs patients that they are now in the “Caribbean room or the Catalina Island room!” The curtains are a “WOW” to our patients – many asking how they can get one for their homes!
